The Challenge

I joined at the MVP stage where design was disorganized. Approvals were lost in Figma comments, task management was non-existent, and sprint visibility was near zero.

The product needed to replace manual spreadsheets while scaling to dozens of practitioners testing complex business processes.

The Process

  • Task Management Overhaul: Completely restructured design task management with strict priorities and statuses.
  • Developer Syncs: Introduced daily direct syncs with developers to eliminate design bottlenecks during sprints.
  • UI Architecture: Replaced scattered modal windows with a unified, scalable right-hand sidebar architecture.
