Enterprise Consulting Project

An advanced presentation tool for showcasing complex enterprise methodologies, designed and delivered under extreme time pressure.

Platform entry point combining visual storytelling with usability.

The Challenge

The project was initiated with the goal of presenting a working product at a major business conference. The client had only a vague concept and needed a platform ready for a live demo from scratch in under a month.

This created extreme time pressure. With three cross-functional groups involved (UI/UX, Graphic & Motion, and Development), the requirements shifted constantly, and actual content was provided only during the final days of development.

Information architecture
Journey-based section hierarchy designed for dynamic scenarios.

The Process

  • Requirement Framing: Translated vague client ideas into solid design hypotheses, guiding the team to validate them through structured, short design cycles.
  • Cross-team Synchronization: Initiated regular alignment sessions across all involved teams. Emphasized cross-visibility so each designer knew what others were working on, reducing overlap.
  • Feedback Mediation: Served as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and design teams to buffer conflicting inputs, reframe emotional feedback, and keep the team focused.
  • Capacity Planning: Redistributed workloads dynamically to match deadlines, successfully avoiding designer burnout.
Scenarios

Roadmap

The Outcome

Despite heavy constraints, the required UX/UI system architecture was delivered exactly on time for the major event.

The system successfully launched at the conference for a live demonstration. While the product demo was a fast-paced initiative, the leadership practices and operational resilience we established left a lasting impact on how cross-functional teams collaborate.
